3-wire OLD Appliance Service for a Dryer connection

This is a 3-wire 120/240-volt Appliance connection. Note the GROUND STRAP in the middle, connected from the White Neutral and Center connection to the frame of the terminal block. On the 3-wire cord place the CENTER wire on the center terminal the one with the Ground Strap. L1 and L2 are interchangeable.
