| The 4-wire 120/240-volt Appliance Service for a 240-volt Dryer. This meets the latest NEC code. The 4th wire allows the separation of the Neutral and the Ground. The Ground strap from the Neutral post MUST be removed. The 4th wire for the Ground is attached to the body of the dryer. |
